    Description

    A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the team. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, production, planning, supply chain, and quality functions. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate order execution, coordination between sales and operations, and reliable customer service.

    Responsibilities:
    Order & Commercial Operations
    • Enter, manage, and monitor customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain and update customer master data, material data, pricing, and commercial documentation.
    • Track order status and proactively follow up on production, logistics, or documentation issues.
    • Support issue resolution related to order execution, delivery timelines, or documentation.
    Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams in U.S. and Latin America. 
    • Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution.
    • Support internal communication to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
    Customer Support & Reporting
    • Serve as a point of contact for order-related customer inquiries, ensuring reliable service execution.
    • Prepare commercial, sales, and operational reports to support decision-making.
    • Support sales and commercial teams with data analysis and follow-up actions.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field
    • Equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
    • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial support, Customer service, or Supply chain/order management
    • Experience in industrial / B2B environments preferred
    • ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
    • Strong Excel and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
    • English – fluent (required)
    • Spanish – advanced (preferred)
    • Strong organization and attention to detail
    • Cross-functional coordination skills

    • Effective communication skills
    • Accountability and follow-through
