We have an exciting opportunity in the Sales Department for a motivated Sales Coordinator/Admin role.
This individual will support the sales team with booked business by handling proposals, contracts, and correspondence, assisting the receptionist with inquiries, and performing general office tasks such as filing and emailing.
Responsibilities include drafting sales documents, assembling informational packets, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure event details are met.
Requirements: previous hotel sales experience preferred, highly organized, excellent communication and computer skills, and ability to work independently and in a busy environment.
