    • Event & Booking Coordination – Manage rooming lists and coordinate meeting setups, catering, and audio-visual needs to deliver smooth, stress-free events.
    • Sales Operations – Prepare proposals and contracts, track sales calls, and maintain organized, accurate sales records.
    • Market Research & Lead Support – Identify potential clients, conduct online research, and help track market trends and opportunities.
    • Follow-Up & Satisfaction – Check in with guests and clients before and after events to ensure expectations are met—and exceeded.
    • Administrative Excellence – Keep files organized, distribute internal communications, and support the team with essential administrative tasks.
