About the Role:JY Designs and Creations Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator & Inside Sales professional to join our growing team in Placentia, CA! Responsibilities:- Showroom Setup,communication & Trade Show Support
Plan and manage showroom setup 1–2 months prior to each market, including
merchandising strategy and materials preparation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipment of samples, catalogs,
and sales tools
Track all shipments and proactively follow up with showrooms to confirm receipt
Create and distribute planograms and visual merchandising guidelines to
showroom staff
Oversee product presentation and layout to maximize selling effectiveness
Attend and support key trade shows and markets as needed
Reps training and daily communication
Manage the sales rep groups on the assigned territory, prepare the online rep kit
in advance and do online new products training for each rep group
Arrange rep kits to be sent to each rep and conduct one on one training calls with
reps. Conference calls or site training to be proceeded in time so reps can be
trained and knowing how to sell our line in shows and on the road.
Come up strategies and make sure reps can show our line and achieve sales
goals
Push leads to the reps and follow up
Regularly analyze and review sales targets and progress with the management
Planning, Thinking Reflecting time to prioritize and better focus on what matters
while achieving company sales goals.
Inside Sales Responsibilities
Manage in-house sales for territories not covered by outside sales
representatives.
Represent the company at temporary trade shows and generate sales
opportunities.
Follow up on leads, develop new business, and convert prospects into
customers.
Analyze existing customer accounts, identify sales opportunities, and secure
reorder business.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and
follow-up.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure
timely order fulfillment.
Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Assist sales director in managing and growing key customer accounts
Backup of Data entry and customer service, Office clerk
Other duties as needed and assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant experience in a gift, apparel industry working on tempoary shows, showrroms is a plus
- Associate degree above, Bachehelor degree preferred
