Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries from potential customers.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
- Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to build relationships and trust.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and test drive vehicles.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features and benefits of each model.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate online and in-person sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in internet sales, call center, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and online sales tools.
- High-energy, positive attitude, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

- Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
