What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process from first contact to delivery
- Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Stay sharp on Toyota's lineup, incentives, and financing options
- Follow up with leads and past customers to keep the pipeline full
- Work as part of a team that holds each other accountable to high standards
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a positive, competitive attitude
- Comfort working with people — sales experience helpful but not required
- Reliable, coachable, and willing to follow a proven process
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings
