The Opportunity
As a Sales Consultant, you are a part of the whole customer experience — from the first conversation to final payment.
This is a field sales role, not a desk job.
You will:
- Generate opportunities through door-to-door canvassing and referrals
- Inspect properties for storm damage
- Guide customers through insurance claims
- Sign contingency agreements and close deals
- Meet with insurance adjusters on-site
- Review estimates with homeowners
- Track everything inside our CRM
- Be available for our support staff's assistance in getting your files installed and closed out

Schedule Expectations
- Full-time, field-based role
- Monday – Saturday
- Availability between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
This is a performance-driven role. Flexibility is earned.
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Uncapped earning potential
- Realistic opportunity to earn $200K+
