About the Role

You will serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them streamline operations and accelerate growth through comprehensive HR solutions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Ownership

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan within the assigned NYC metro territory
  • Manage a diverse pipeline across multiple industries

Prospecting & Pipeline Development

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Consultative Selling

  • Identify client needs and position tailored solutions
  • Clearly communicate value and return on investment

Full Sales Cycle

  • Manage multiple 3–6 month sales cycles simultaneously
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Present to business owners, executives, and key stakeholders

Performance & Tools

  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (complex or multi-step sales cycles)
  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling to decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office

Preferred

  • Experience in PEO, HR services, or related industries
