About the Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them streamline operations and accelerate growth through comprehensive HR solutions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Ownership
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan within the assigned NYC metro territory
- Manage a diverse pipeline across multiple industries
Prospecting & Pipeline Development
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Consultative Selling
- Identify client needs and position tailored solutions
- Clearly communicate value and return on investment
Full Sales Cycle
- Manage multiple 3–6 month sales cycles simultaneously
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, proposals, and negotiations
- Present to business owners, executives, and key stakeholders
Performance & Tools
- Meet or exceed sales quota
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (complex or multi-step sales cycles)
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience selling to decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
