What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and deliver a professional, high-quality buying experience
  • Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and guide customers through the sales process
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Follow up consistently to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain CRM activity and prospect for new business
  • Stay current on product knowledge and market trends

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer/CRM proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Available to work weekends and some evenings
