Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right powersports products for their needs
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
Meet and exceed sales goals
Follow up on leads, phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering outstanding customer service
Work closely with management and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Passion for powersports and customer service preferred
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
