Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. Whether you have automotive sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding career, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain product knowledge on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and pre-owned inventory
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications and opportunities
What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
