Summary:
Focus on the development of the municipal water / wastewater business through direct sales and active management of existing manufacturers rep networks to provide nationwide coverage.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or combination of education; minimum 5 years' experience working with manufacturers reps in the water / wastewater industry.
Computer Skills:
Strong computer skills including QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ACT!
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret working drawings and specifications. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Skilled communications. Client management skills.
Mathematical / Analytical Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Knowledge of basic electrical calculation, applicable codes and standards, rules and regulations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to determine alternate project scopes.
