Our success is driven by a strong team of Project Managers, technicians, and support staff who execute at a high level, and we're looking to add a Sales and Business Development Representative who will help drive that continued growth.

The Opportunity

You won't just sell, you'll build relationships, represent our brand in the market, and play a key role in bringing opportunities to our team.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and position Concraft's value
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams
- Professionally present and confidently ask for the business
- Track activity and opportunities through daily CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

- Previous experience in commercial and restoration business development is preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
- This role requires regular driving as an essential job function. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
