Home Fire Stove & Grill City is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. We are a growing company specializing in fireplaces, wood stoves, outdoor living products, grills, hot tubs, saunas, and more. Our success is built on providing exceptional customer service, building trust, and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a passion for sales, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience from the first conversation through project completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to build trust and create strong customer relationships
- Comfortable asking questions, presenting solutions, and closing sales
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or home improvement experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to learn technical product information and confidently explain options to customers
Compensation: Base pay + commission
