Sales Associate

In this role you will deliver personalized client experiences, promote customized facials and products, educate clients on skincare routines, schedule and retain clients, and convert new clients to meet sales and service targets. You will also help with opening and closing, register reconciliation and inventory, coach Sales Associates, and support onboarding of new team members.

The Part-Time Senior Sales Associate supports the clinic team in running the clinic efficiently and leads by example on the sales floor. In this role you will deliver personalized client experiences, promote customized facials and products, educate clients on skincare routines, schedule and retain clients, and convert new clients to meet sales and service targets. You will also help with opening and closing, register reconciliation and inventory, coach Sales Associates, and support onboarding of new team members. This position reports to the Clinic Manager and is a great first step toward a long-term career at Skin Laundry, with leadership development and training.
