Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.

• Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge.
