    Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate - GO Riteway Motor Coach Division

    Location & Team: Join our Motor Coach division''s sales organization at our Oak Creek, WI location. You''ll be part of a collaborative team that values customer relationships and service excellence.

    Role Overview: Handle customer inquiries for transportation services via phone and email. Enter orders/quotes, follow up on trip details/payments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Growth path to Account Manager roles.

    • Delighting customers (measured through direct feedback)
    • Meeting sales conversion targets
    • Achieving team and individual sales goals
    • Providing timely follow-up on all customer inquiries

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process customer reservations and booking requests
    • Manage our proprietary reservation system
    • Create quotes for charters, events, and transportation services
    • Address service issues promptly
    • Support sales team with inbound/outbound calls
    • Represent GO RITEWAY at events as needed

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in customer service/sales (call center experience preferred)
    • Computer proficiency
    • Strong communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
    • Team player who resolves issues effectively

    Desired Qualifications

    • Transportation/hospitality industry experience
    • Familiarity with transportation software
