Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to explain how our insurance products can provide security and peace of mind.

Review existing client accounts to ensure coverage remains relevant and effective as their lives evolve.

Manage daily administrative tasks, including processing payments and updating policy information with high accuracy.

Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build lasting neighborhood connections.

Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication when they need us most.

Collaborate with the agency owner to track sales progress and refine our outreach strategies.


Requirements

Property & Casualty insurance licenses in California.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Strong verbal communication skills for clear client interactions.

Genuine interest in helping community members protect their assets.
