Schedule

  • Full-time, 5-day workweek
  • No Sundays
  • Most Saturdays required with one weekday off
  • Store hours:
    • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound phone calls and online inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with no-show customers
  • Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process
  • Maintain product and financing knowledge
  • Present promotions and financing solutions
  • Handle objections and close sales
  • Update customer activity in the CRM system
  • Support social media and local business development efforts
  • Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
