Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62000 - $95935 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Support the execution of sales and account management initiatives for Mexico and Specialty stores. Assist in implementing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability for both RL and retail partners in partnership with the Sales Lead.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of sales strategies to help achieve internal and external sales targets
• Analyze, consolidate, and maintain business data to support reporting and forecasting
• Partner with Planning teams to monitor sales trends, conversion rates, inventory flow, and replenishment opportunities across accounts
• Maintain and update OTB components including sales tracking and receipt monitoring
• Support the implementation and tracking of digital commerce and marketing initiatives at the account level, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with merchant partners to ensure proper brand representation, product placement, and promotional execution
• Participate in store visits and help document merchandising execution identifying opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and coordinate capital investment initiatives and floor plan changes, ensuring accurate execution and alignment between internal teams and retail partners.
• • Develop actionable insights from sales, inventory, and market data to identify opportunities, support strategic recommendations, and drive account growth.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• • 2-3 years of retail or related experience
• Understanding of retail operations and metrics
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic analytical and Excel skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
