About the Role:

Meineke - 3002 in Houston, TX is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with automotive service inquiries
• Present and recommend automotive repair and maintenance services to customers
• Prepare and review service estimates, invoices, and work orders
• Upsell additional services and products to meet customer needs and drive revenue
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain basic automotive services and repairs
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive, team-player attitude with a strong work ethic

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
