Are you passionate about fitness, movement, recovery, and helping others feel their best? Stretch Zone is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people and promoting wellness solutions that improve quality of life.
In this role, you'll combine your passion for health and fitness with sales and customer engagement, helping members understand how practitioner-assisted stretching can improve mobility, athletic performance, recovery, and overall wellness.
Fitness, personal training, coaching, athletic training, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, chiropractic, and wellness backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Educate prospective and current members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching and mobility training
- Achieve membership and session sales goals through consultative, relationship-based selling
- Build strong relationships with members through proactive follow-up and exceptional customer care
- Welcome members, schedule appointments, answer phone inquiries, and ensure a positive studio experience
- Support member retention by delivering personalized service and creating long-term connections
- Collaborate with the studio team to promote a positive, motivating, and wellness-focused environment
Qualifications
- Background in fitness, personal training, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, coaching, wellness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or a related field preferred
- Sales, customer service, or membership sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping people improve their mobility, performance, and overall well-being
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow through comprehensive Stretch Zone training

About Stretch Zone
Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members increase range of motion, improve athletic performance, reduce stiffness, enhance recovery, and move through life with greater comfort and confidence.
Ideal candidates: Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors, Exercise Science or Kinesiology students and graduates, and other fitness-minded professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping people reach their wellness goals.
Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
