    As a Sales Associate (SA) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They aren’t just “buying a home," it's about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a SA is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a SA, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating a customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.

    SAs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week. 

    Requirements
    • Valid driver’s license and clean record
    • Able to lift 25 pounds
    • Legal U.S. work authorization
    • Active Idaho Real Estate License
