Job SummaryThis position is responsible for greeting and connecting with customers while actively seekingopportunities to share insight into our products, makers, and the TLE brand. Sales Associatesprioritize customer engagement, store look and feel, and product knowledge and sales.

Essential Duties1. Creates an exceptional and unique customer experience by circulating the sales floorand connecting with customers on products and offerings.2. Ensures merchandise is stocked, clean, and presentable at all times.3. Accurately rings in sales using point of sale, processes refunds, and remedies orescalates inventory discrepancies.Job Duties1. Helps customers determine their needs or interests and provides recommendationsbased on their individual connections.2. Develops strong relationships with customers and looks for opportunities to furtherexpand their purchases.3. Takes full advantage of company training and literature to retain current knowledge ofproduct and vendor offerings.4. Upholds company cleanliness and organization standards of merchandise floor, stockroom, and all storage areas.5. Signs customers up for TLE & Me reward program and engages with them on programincentives.6. Stays up to date on current promotional offerings and ensures customers are aware ofthese while shopping.7. Opens and closes stores within scheduled time, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks arecompleted.8. Education & ExperienceMinimum of one year in a specialty retail and/or customer service role.
Physical Demands & Work Environment1. The employee may be exposed to weather based heat and humidity.2. While performing the duties of this job the employee must frequently lift up to 15pounds and must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.3. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to workwith products, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach withhands and arm.
