Orangetheory Fitness Cleveland Park is looking for a great team member to join us! We want someone who is energetic, friendly, detail-oriented, loves talking to people, and can work hard while still having fun.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm
• Talk with prospective members and introduce them to what makes OTF different
• Give studio tours and help new guests feel comfortable
• Work alongside our coaches to make sure first-time guests have a great experience
• Follow up with prospective members and help them find the right membership
• Work the front desk, answer phones, and connect with our members
• Sell memberships and help the studio grow
• Listen to member concerns and work toward a positive resolution
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach events
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

What we’re looking for:


Someone who is people-oriented, motivated, reliable, and comfortable having conversations with all kinds of people. You don't need to be a fitness expert — we’ll teach you the OTF side of things. What matters most is your energy, attitude, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people.


Compensation:

• $18.40/hour base pay
• Hourly commission opportunities
• Monthly bonuses based on individual results
• Additional compensation typically averages $100–$500/month
