    Description

    Sales Associate / Project Coordinator 

    Minimum 2 Years experience in Real Estate Sales and Research 

    Venteon is currently seeking an up and coming Sales Analyst to fill an opening with a real estate company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have a strong drive and willingness to learn and grow in the role. 

     

    Requirements of the Sales Associate 

    • Bachelor s Degree preferred 

    • Experience cold calling / emailing prospects 

    • Strong communication and organization skills 

    • Experience leveraging databases and online tools to conduct market research 

    • Project Management experience

    Responsibilities of the Sales Associate 

    • Assist in managing real estate projects from prospecting, to acquisition and beyond

    • Leverage databases to pull data and create market research reports for internal and external stakeholders

    • Draft and send letters, emails and cold calls to potential partners 

    • Work with internal project teams, property owners and tenants to keep projects running smoothly 

    • Other tasks as necessary
