Job Summary
Grey Wolf Automotive Group is hiring Sales Consultants for North Country CJDR/FORD. This is a non-commission, salary-based position with performance bonuses tied to vehicle volume, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Designed for consistency, professionalism, and long-term success.
Compensation & Bonus Opportunities
- $36,000 annual base salary (paid bi-weekly)
- Monthly performance bonuses based on vehicles sold
- 32+ unit accelerator bonus
- Salesperson of the Month awards ($1,500 / $1,000)
- Golden Eagle profit bonuses on high-profit deals
- Annual longevity bonus ($25 per vehicle sold)
Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver FORD/CJDRvehicles while providing an excellent customer experience
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
- Attend required sales meetings, training, and FORD/CJDR OEM product courses
- Maintain ethical conduct, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Meet dealership and OEM CSI standards
Performance Expectations
- Consistent vehicle sales production
- Maintain a rolling average of 10 vehicles per month
- Meet or exceed OEM CSI standards to qualify for bonuses
Qualifications
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to complete required FORD/CJDR OEM training
- Valid driver’s license required
