Overview We are looking for a Sales Associate District Leader to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales in new and existing accounts as well as providing direct field sales and merchandising support in assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities The territory we are recruiting for will be based out of the Minneapolis MN market, but cover the following states- Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado. Within the assigned market, execute SodaStream's product sales, expand distribution, end cap and display sales and ensure promotional execution in all channels of retail. Secure new business and grow customer base selling the SodaStream ecosystem of products, specifically in the independent hardware channel. Improve performance in specialty retail accounts. Oversee marketing and merchandising efforts in territory. Provide training for new and existing business on the benefits of the SodaStream product line. Provide ongoing communication with Regional Manager, Marketing, Field Sales, and Account Managers. Assist the Account Manager with additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Participate in weekly recap meetings outlining previous activities highlighting success stories and barriers for success. Utilize software programs as selling and recap tools to store and SodaStream management. Meet requirements for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI's and sales goals. Other duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $72,900. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications College degree or 2 Years of Relevant Work Experience Required. Experience selling in the hardware channel preferred. Sales and Merchandising experience in a retail environment preferred. Understanding of establishing professional relationships with all levels of store personnel. Strong communication skills in person and virtually. Robust business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit. Deep rooted understanding of the assigned territory. Ability to negotiate. Problem solving. Creative and strategic thinker. Strong team player. Spanish is a plus. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to work cross functionally with all departments within SodaStream. Work Conditions Requires occasional lifting of up to 50lbs. Bending, climbing required at times to restock shelves. Long distance car and/or plane travel required, with occasional overnight stays. Occasional Evenings and Weekends.
