As a Sales Assistant / Inside Sales Representative, you won't be selling cookie-cutter products from a catalog—you’ll work directly with clients across diverse industries to create custom, high-impact visual solutions tailored to their exact needs.
What You’ll Do
- Assess & Consult: Partner with walk-in, phone, and online clients to understand their project goals and recommend ideal sign and graphic solutions.
- Account Support & Management: Assist with generating quotes, entering orders, tracking project timelines, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Network & Grow: Identify new business opportunities and engage with local commercial clients in the vibrant Love Field / Dallas area.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our production and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and up to FASTSIGNS quality standards.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong Communicators: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-Oriented Multi-Taskers: Ability to manage multiple client quotes and project details in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, order management platforms, and basic office applications.
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or account management is a plus!
