We are seeking seeking a Sales Assistant to support our industrial supply operations. This is an entry-level position with full training provided. You will help prepare and send customer quotes, assist the sales team, and handle related administrative tasks as we transition from QuickBooks to new software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate customer quotes
- Support sales and operations with order-related documentation and follow-up
- Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day administrative duties
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Learn and adapt to new software systems as the company transitions tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Recent junior college graduates or current university students attending evening classes are encouraged to apply
