JOB SUMMARYThe Sales Assistant supports the Sales Manager in maintaining existing client accounts, processing orders. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring efficient handling of sales-related communications and documentation.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and sales representatives, handling inquiries with professionalism and tact.
- Build and maintain up-to-date client portfolios and client sites as requested in company ERP systems and folders. Gather and organize site documents for Sales review and project management.
- Complete requests regarding price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, and cancellations from Sales Manager.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, including delivery status and pending orders, proposals.
- Maintain Sales reporting for end-of-day reports to Operations Manager and Management Team. This will also include weekly reporting to clients on project status.
- Maintain weekly/biweekly schedule for house account, design review for Sales Manager.

Education & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
- Equivalent business experience may substitute for formal education requirements.
- Experience in the sign industry is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer interaction skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with CRM and job costing systems is a plus
