What You Will Do

As a Sales Assistant at Frasier, you will help prospective residents and their families explore a vibrant community where older adults can thrive. This dynamic role supports sales, marketing, outreach, events, and resident move-ins while ensuring every prospect receives personalized attention and an exceptional experience. Partnering closely with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales, you will help guide individuals through the decision-making process and contribute to the continued success and growth of the community.

What You Will Earn

Pay Range: $20.40-24.25 per hour 

What You Will Need:

· 1+ years of experience in administrative, sales, or marketing roles preferred, ideally in senior living or working with older adults

· 1+ years of experience managing leads and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales process, preferred

· Highschool graduate (or GED) required

· Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· CRM data entry, maintenance, and reporting, ideal

· Strong presentation, tour-hosting and customer services skills

· Collaborates effectively across departments to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, resident move-ins, and team objectives.

· Maintains professionalism, composure, and a service-oriented approach when navigating sensitive conversations related to aging, healthcare, and life transitions.
