In this fast-paced role, you’ll combine customer service, sales, problem-solving, and hands-on vehicle support. From helping customers get on the road to answering rental questions and identifying sales opportunities, you’ll play an important part in keeping our customers moving.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver friendly, professional service throughout the rental experience.
  • Help customers create reservations and complete rental transactions.
  • Explain Hertz/Lyft/Uber rental programs, requirements, procedures, and billing.
  • Answer questions about rental extensions, roadside assistance, billing, and other rental needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and post-rental inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue by understanding customer needs and overcoming objections.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, safe, and ready for customer pickup.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and check fuel and fluid levels.
  • Assist with administrative projects and support the team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
  • A natural ability to connect with customers and identify sales opportunities.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and handling detailed information.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with overtime as needed.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and standing for extended periods.
  • Clear and proficient English communication skills; candidates fluent in additional languages are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Get:
  • The hourly rate / wage for this role is $18.50.
  • Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime).
  • Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay).
  • Sick Pay: Granted Up to 40 hours.
  • Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays).
