    Join the Olivia Smith Agency Team as a Sales and Service Specialist! 
    Are you passionate about helping people protect what matters most? Do you enjoy building relationships and offering tailored solutions that make a real difference? If so, the Olivia Smith Agency with American Family Insurance has an exciting opportunity for you. 
     
    As a Sales and Service Specialist, you’ll not only promote and sell insurance policies but also serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment. 
    What You’ll Do: 
    • Build and nurture client relationships, acting as their go-to insurance expert.
    • Provide personalized insurance solutions by educating clients on coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
    • Generate new leads through outreach efforts, including networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals to support the agency’s growth while delivering outstanding customer service.
    What We’re Looking For:
     
    • A passion for helping people and making an impact.
    • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life) is preferred but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one!

    Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour




    This position is an Agency Team Member working for the Agency Owner and is not an employee of American Family Insurance.
