As a Sales and Service Specialist, you’ll not only promote and sell insurance policies but also serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture client relationships, acting as their go-to insurance expert.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions by educating clients on coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
- Generate new leads through outreach efforts, including networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Meet or exceed sales goals to support the agency’s growth while delivering outstanding customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for helping people and making an impact.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life) is preferred but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one!
