- Support team development via coaching, training, and onboarding.
- Assist with daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.

- Maintain flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable attendance.
Qualifications: 2+ years of leadership experience, strong sales/client skills, excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
