What You'll Do
Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
Identify replacement opportunities and system upgrades
Educate homeowners on comfort solutions and equipment options
Deliver exceptional customer service during every appointment
Maintain accurate job documentation and communication
Support company goals through professionalism and strong performance

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales-minded approach with confidence recommending solutions
Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
HVAC trade school training preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
