    Senior Living Residences is hiring a Sales and Outreach Coordinator to guide residents and families through a smooth move-in journey, from first assessment to welcome day, while supporting our sales and marketing team.

     
    WORK SCHEDULE:
    Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    PAY & BENEFITS:

    Annual salary starting at $60,000, with annual bonus potential of $20,000

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Serve as the go-to contact for residents/families through the move-in process
    • Coordinate move-in logistics, paperwork, and orientation
    • Support tours, inquiries, and our sales database
    • Build relationships with local eldercare professionals and referral sources through community outreach
    • Help bring marketing events and special programs to life
     

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 1+ year in a sales/admin support role (in a senior setting a plus)
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Comfortable with Google Workspace and CRM tools
    • A compassionate, team-first attitude 
    • Flexibility for some evenings/weekends
