Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist for our client to support sales operations, marketing campaigns, and trade show initiatives. This entry-level, contract-to-hire role will work closely with a small sales and marketing team, assisting with customer-facing activities, campaign execution, and administrative coordination. The position offers strong exposure to cross-functional teams and the opportunity to grow with the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of domestic trade shows and events
  • Support marketing campaigns, including email outreach, digital promotions, and event-related initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Distribute and organize marketing and advertising materials for the sales team
  • Maintain customer data and activity updates within CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and team members on reporting and ongoing initiatives
  • Learn and utilize internal tools and software platforms to support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or an administrative role
  • Prior exposure to trade shows, events, or B2B marketing activities preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Additional Details:

  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5pm with a one-hour lunch
  • Hybrid work environment (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
  • Occasional domestic travel required, including major trade shows
  • Small sales team environment with direct interaction with leadership
  • Interview process includes an initial HR screen followed by a hiring manager interview
  • Target start date: ASAP, ideally by the end of May
