Help customers find the right vehicle through a consultative sales approach
Become an expert on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles, technology, features and options
Provide professional new and pre-owned vehicle demonstrations
Follow up with customers and develop referral business
Learn effective ways to overcome objections and confidently navigate sales situations
Work with Sales Management to achieve individual and team goals
Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and your A-game every day
Motivated, ambitious self-starters
Excellent communication and people skills
A strong desire to learn and grow
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Automotive sales experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate
