Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance data across multiple agents and agencies within the district
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Learn and interpret Farmers Insurance's proprietary sales reports and tools
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales production
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to district leadership and agents
- Assist in forecasting sales goals and measuring progress toward targets
- Collaborate directly with sales agents to review performance and provide data support
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reporting and data systems
- Support district initiatives, contests, and incentive tracking
Requirements- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to obtain an insurance producers license
- Excellent analytical skills
- Communication-both verbal and written- are mandatory
