Sales Analyst

The Farmers Insurance District Office is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our network of insurance agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building data-driven insights, and collaborating with sales professionals to drive growth and performance.

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance data across multiple agents and agencies within the district

• Create and maintain spreadsheets
• Learn and interpret Farmers Insurance's proprietary sales reports and tools
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales production
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to district leadership and agents
• Assist in forecasting sales goals and measuring progress toward targets
• Collaborate directly with sales agents to review performance and provide data support
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reporting and data systems
• Support district initiatives, contests, and incentive tracking

• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to obtain an insurance producers license
• Excellent analytical skills
• Communication-both verbal and written- are mandatory
