Key Responsibilities of a Sales Analyst:
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to provide meaningful analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity by validating reporting accuracy and maintaining consistency across systems and platforms.
Qualifications of a Sales Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1 or more years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, sales operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
