Sales Analyst

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Sales Analyst will support the sales organization by transforming sales operations process by providing actionable insights that improve process efficiency, quote and order execution, and customer experience. This role will be integral to sales operations across all markets, serving as an analytical partner by developing customer-facing tools, improving data quality, supporting sales enablement projects, and streamlining recurring processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve customer facing tools and reporting to support bookings, quote response time, order tracking, and customer engagement.
• Support deployment, testing, and evaluation of sales enablement tools, AI-driven sales agents, natural language query tools, and predictive forecasting applications.
• Development of various internal sales tools, including portals for quote, order, tracking, product selection, certification access, open order reporting, and customer-specific analysis reducing manual efforts and improving customer responsiveness.
• Assist with data management, harmonization, cleanup, and reporting improvements to strengthen data integrity and enable better decision-making.
• Recommend automation opportunities using Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, and AI-enabled tools to improve follow-up efficiency, reporting consistency, and sales team productivity.
• Provide analytical support for customer-specific requests, pricing analysis, RMA trends, product demand, and sales performance reviews.
• Partner with inside sales, IT, engineering, operations, and accounting to translate business needs into streamlined workflows and data solutions or tools that support day-to-day execution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business analysis, or a related role
• Demonstrate examples using LLM / Microsoft 365 products to support sales, preferred.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred, including tools such as HubSpot, Monday, Epicor, ERP LX, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organization.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
