Sales Agent

Were looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Agent with a proven ability to build relationships and generate results. Youll be responsible for prospecting, following up on leads, identifying customer needs, and recommending insurance solutions that provide the right protection. This role is a great fit for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow up, and motivated by achieving goals while providing an excellent customer experience.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions and coverage options that fit their individual situations.
• Consistently follow up on leads, quotes, and customer opportunities to help turn prospects into customers.
• Recognize opportunities to offer additional coverage and help customers better protect what matters most.
• Set and work toward individual sales and activity goals, while tracking progress and follow-up opportunities.
• Participate in marketing efforts, community events, networking, and other activities that help create new opportunities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service throughout the sales process.

• Previous sales experience required, with a demonstrated ability to meet goals and produce results.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and consistent follow-up.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional phone skills.
• Ability to build relationships and confidently communicate with prospective and existing customers.
• Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive, persistent approach.
