Sales Agent

In this role, you will serve as the primary face of AAA Insurance, proactively engaging with retail shoppers to offer membership products and convenient, personal insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Watercraft, and Excess Liability). Agents are responsible for completing all policy and membership documentation accurately, thoroughly, and promptly, while adhering to established underwriting rules and guidelines to support underwriting objectives. 

   $100K+ earning potential

Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months, allowing new agents time to build their pipeline and establish a book of business while developing sales skills

This role is ideal for candidates with door to door sales, B2B sales, kiosk sales, wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, etc.), or Costco style lead generation experience, as success requires proactively initiating conversations and creating new business opportunities.

We are located within Walmart & Walmart shoppers can be incentivized to receive an insurance quote through gift cards, rewards, and other promotional offers, creating a steady flow of prospecting opportunities.

Additionally, the Auto Club actively engages within the Burleson community through local events, partnerships, and outreach efforts to help drive new business and brand awareness.

Your success will require you to:

• Source, develop leads, prospect and continually network
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
• Be self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain a Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
• Have computer experience and good organization skills
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Successful completion of background and credit check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
