Sales Advisor - RaceWash @ OTOW

Greet & interact directly with our customers, providing friendly service without exception.

·         Explain our Unlimited Wash Club Membership options to all our customers.

• Manage all sales transactions & keep correct records.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to store management.
• Responsible for assisting with the completion of all assigned daily tasks and duties of the store.
• Fully cross-trained to assist with operating & maintaining tunnel equipment, interfacing with payment systems & providing exceptional customer service in every way possible.
• This position requires occasional store transfers for training and other purposes.
• Must be willing and able to travel between stores within a 10-mile radius.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Effective time management
• Physically able to work on their feet in all weather conditions.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to sell memberships.
• Must be customer service and goal-oriented, with high attention to detail and the ability to drive the business.
• Initiative-taking with effective communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, team player.
• Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
• Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus.
• A smile and a cheerful outlook!

How is the pay program structured:

·         Pay is bi-weekly.

·         Base hourly pay

·         Commission program

·         Part time and full time is available.

·         Multiple locations throughout Marion County and still growing.

·         401k with match after 1 year of employment and 20 years of age.
