Job Description
Deliver friendly, reliable customer service on every visit
Complete plumbing service calls such as leaks, clogs, and water heater issues
Perform maintenance work like system flushes, inspections, and water testing
Check homes for additional plumbing needs and share recommendations
Explain repair and upgrade options clearly so customers can decide what works best
Work as part of a team to provide a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of plumbing experience
At least 2 years of sales experience in service or maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Honest, no‑pressure approach to recommending services
Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
Requirements
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
