Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr - $25/hr

Position Overview:
The Sales Administrator will support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service. This is a junior-level role suitable for someone early in their career, with opportunities to learn and grow within the sales function.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and basic contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support tracking sales leads and following up on basic inquiries.
  • Prepare simple sales reports and summaries, including weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Finance and Operations, on order status and delivery.
  • Handle routine customer inquiries via email and phone, escalating issues when needed.
  • Organize and maintain sales documents, files, and templates.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and demos for sales representatives.
Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Administrator:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sales Administrator:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Event planning and coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of procurement and budget management processes.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Coursework or training in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
