Overview:

A local company is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales, inventory, accounting, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory records and sales documentation
  • Process invoices and maintain system data
  • Prepare DMV paperwork and warranty documentation
  • Coordinate truck transfers and dispatch local drivers
  • Review vendor invoices and support Accounts Payable
  • Assist with cash collections, billing inquiries, and customer support
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative, AP/AR, sales support, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
