Overview

Providing Administrative Support for the Sales Manager and Sales Team

Responsibilities

• Coordinating meetings and conference calls, arranging travel
• Organizing mill visits, tours and customer appreciation events and gifts
• Maintaining sales and marketing data, promotional and presentation materials
• Coordinating with a variety of vendors and service providers
• Working internally with all departments to serve our team and the customer more effectively.
• Interact with and coordinate all Mississippi State activities
• Track and catalogue all annual commercial contracts
• Work with the Inside Sales team to accurately
• Load capacity for production

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications.
• Willing to go the 'extra mile' for service to the team and our customers
• Able to work with people from all org. levels and backgrounds
• A service attitude and positive mindset
• Absolute discretion regarding confidential matters

Preferred

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Previous Sales, Customer Service, Bookkeeping or Accounting experience.
