Job Responsibilities
- Learn and execute proven sales systems and processes
- Collaborate with a team to expand skills and industry knowledge
- Build and develop relationships with business owners and employers
- Conduct in-person sales and customer service meetings
- Train and mentor new sales representatives
- Utilize CRM tools and technology to manage and grow your sales pipeline
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ years
- Ideally 2+ years of sales experience, but not required
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
